5 Days Akagera & Nyungwe
Rwanda’s savannah and its rainforest: game drives and a boat on Lake Ihema in Akagera, then chimpanzees and the canopy walk in Nyungwe.
The two Rwandas in five days. Akagera in the east is the country’s only savannah park; Nyungwe in the south-west is mountain rainforest. Kigali sits between them, so the trip passes through the capital in the middle.
